Ceremonial Cacao (cacao being the base element of chocolate), is a heart opening beverage naturally filled with feel good chemicals including seratonin, anandamide, magnesium, theobromine, and phenylethylamine - better known as the love chemicals. It is mood enhancing and physically beneficial. It is not psychoactive.

The cacao I use is sourced from a Mayan woman-owned regenerative farm in Alta Verapaz, Guatemala, that honors the ancestral guardians of the land and deep respect to nature. It is organic and harvested by hand. I prepare a warm beverage to consume and set intentions with, before the breathwork. I serve half of a ceremonial dose, to open the heart and energize you, and prepare you for a deep session filled with healing and love.
